Service Support
After installation and commissioning, Green Power maintain the Gensets and waste heat recovery systems with fully comprehensive operation & Maintenance contract, Service contract, repair and overhaul contracts and guaranteed availability.
Service Management
With overall responsibility to the Service Head, we appoint an account holder for a customer as a single point contact for all the matters i.e. service complaints, spares, O&M contract, AMC etc. This improves the response time to complaints and suggestion. The goal is to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and availability of all equipment under contract. Each day, dedicated team of technical service group are on hand to schedule preventive maintenances, trouble shooting, to attend major scheduled overhauling and to monitor the performance of the equipment under the contract to ensure reliable, trouble free operation of the complete CHPC.
Workshop & Other Facilities
We have workshop facility in NOIDA with a dedicated team of fully qualified engineers / overhaul experts complete with all the amenities to undertake overhauling of engines.
The workshop is equipped with overhead cranes, machine tools and specialized apparatus to facilitate the full rebuild of an engine. We have facility of remote monitoring, controlling and diagnosis of engine for 24hrs basis, in this we dial Genset control station and take the TEM (Total Electronic Management) under remote access to interrogate the fault condition and provide a solution from head office / remote station. This remote controlling / diagnosis package and its authorization is available with our experts.
If travel to site is required than a Service Engineer rushes to the site to rectify the fault. In most cases a 2-hour reporting of engineer at site is guaranteed.

Green Power has a dedicated Technical Support team available at head office, Regional office, Area offices and Local offices.
